Billing, Payments, and Refunds
For questions about your purchases, credit balances, payment processing, subscription management, invoices, receipts, or refund requests, please contact our billing support team. We process payments through Razorpay for web purchases and through Apple App Store and Google Play Store for in-app purchases.

Refund Requests
We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. The refund process depends on where you made your purchase:
- Web purchases (Razorpay): Email support@loveverse.cc with your order details, the reason for the refund request, and your preferred refund method. We will process eligible refund requests within 7-10 business days.
- App Store (iOS) purchases: Refunds for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store must be requested through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases directly.
- Google Play (Android) purchases: Refunds for in-app purchases made through Google Play must be requested through Google Play's refund process in the Google Play Store app or at play.google.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds for Google Play purchases directly.
